IDEA Miami 2014 is the official launch of the Institute for the Development of Emerging Art (IDEA), a new non-profit organization that will act as a support vehicle for the promotion of early career artists, curators and gallerists by leveraging international relationships to gain exposure for the next generation of the art world.
IDEA has partnered with Kowal+Odermatt Projects to present a series of private events, including a survey exhibition of emerging contemporary art from recently successful early career artists to relatively unknown artists, a brunch and a dinner party, all concurrent with Art Basel Miami.
Embodying the CCC (collecting, connecting, curating) Kowal+Odermatt Projects is happy to present new works by resident artists Peter Peri, Fernando Mastrangelo and Jean Sebastien Gregoire and a spotlight on emerging female artists featuring:
